Contractual Obligations

Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by you for using the Services, or ₹100, whichever is less.

Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik , Maharashtra.
