PrepGrind does not provide refunds for any purchases.
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed (including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and bundles), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Perceived lack of time to use the product
- Unmet expectations about content or outcomes
- Technical issues that are outside our control (internet outages, device compatibility)
3. Limited Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, PrepGrind may — at its sole discretion — consider refunds or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate payments or clear billing errors). Any such refund is not an entitlement and will be processed only after review.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date via your account settings or by contacting support.

If you face technical problems accessing purchased materials, please contact our support team. We strive to resolve access issues promptly. Resolution may include restoring access, extending access, or providing alternate delivery — but not issuing refunds as a default remedy.
